SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take a bit longer to arrive and may incur additional shipping charges at checkout. We appreciate your understanding!

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we only offer shipping within the United States but we hope to expand in the near future!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case. Still can't find it? Reach out to us at hello@projectpangaea.co with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help!

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Absolutely—we get it, mistakes happen! If you need to make a change to your order, just reach out within 4 hours of placing it. As long as we haven’t started packing it up, we’ll do our best to make the change. After 4 hours, your order may already be in the works, and we can’t guarantee changes—but feel free to reach out anyway, and we’ll see what’s possible.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, don’t worry—it might’ve ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, just send us an email at hello@projectpangaea.co with your name, email address used at checkout, and (if possible) the approximate time you placed your order. We’ll look into it and make sure everything’s good to go!

My order is missing/delayed/damaged — what should I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that—your experience matters to us. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, or if it arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@projectpangaea.co within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (for any damage claims). We’ll review your case and do our best to make things right. Please note that we can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for reports made after the 7-day window, so be sure to reach out as soon as possible!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, still have their tags, and aren’t marked as final sale. We offer store credit for returns (no refunds just yet), and exchanges are free if you want a different size or color of the same item. If your preferred exchange isn’t in stock, no worries — we’ll give you store credit instead. You’ll be responsible for return shipping, but we’ll hook you up with a flat-rate return label to keep it easy. To get started, just email us at hello@projectpangaea.co with your order number, which item(s) you want to return or exchange, why, and what you’d like to do (exchange or store credit). We’ll take it from there!

How long will it take to process my return/refund?

Once we receive your returned item, it usually takes about 5–7 business days to inspect it and process your store credit or exchange. We’ll send you an email as soon as everything is approved and ready to go. If you have any questions while you wait, just reach out — we’re happy to help!
